Installing NOOB on Virtual Machine (KVM)

Ultimately, I would like to run a public (secured) Pi-hole instance on KVM. That being said, I cannot figure out how to install NOOB on a KVM machine. I have options to install standard o/s templates like Ubuntu, Debian, Centos or attach ISO but here the downloads are in zip and then IMG formats only.

Any ideas?

Raspbian Buster ARMHF is downloaded as a .zip, which when unzipped is an.img file:

Does your Virtual Machine (KVM) support ARM CPU Architecture ??
