retro gaming LCD 3.2" + Rpi3 B+

hi, i want to make a handheld console using a raspbery Pi3 B+ and an LCD screen 3.2 inches 320*240 pixels.

is there any compatible front end with this ones ?
and is there a configured image of it ?

i tryed to make it work with recalbox and retropie but not success.

Any generic HDMI screen will work even at that resolution (I have one laying on my nightstand the same size I used for retropie).

I would never recommend a non-hdmi screen that runs entirely off the GPIO pins because on top of usually requiring dubious package installs they almost never can manage to run a full 60hz signal at native res and full color depth off the GPIO pins.

Works quite well with a pi b+ battery life is over and hour with a decent 18650 battery.

I get about an hour with a 3A+ too. I hope there's a better 3d printed case now than the one I use
