You know you have to have windows 10 OS to prepare Raspberry Pi 3 Win10 image.
You will need the Insider Preview Windows 10 IoT Core Download for the RPi 3B, therefore you will need a Microsoft Account:

Windows 10 IoT Core relies on Windows 10 Desktop for deploying via Visual Studio.

If you RPi has an Internet connection via Ethernet an install is available via the NOOBS Installer

No Touch yet though :-(

Touch available in Insider Preview 10.0.14262.1000 (Feb 2016), maybe update this FAQ?

I can't install windows 10 iot core on raspberry pi 2. I've tried almost all methods. Picked up a microSD 8 GB class 6 explay. Installed the noobs from under it installed rasbian. Everything works. I Install windows RTM iot 10-black screen!. During installation it says that Flash drive does not match the speed. Installed WIndows 10 use windows 10 iot iot core dashboard - show multicolored square. Does this mean that the microSD card is not compatible?

you also need a better power supply, indicated by the rainbow square that warns that you underpower the PI. try a different microUSB cable, a shorter thicker one. Or a new PSU.

Hi everyone,

Using Visual Studio Preview 2019, I tried to debug a one button window on a Raspberry Pi 3 B running Windows 10 Core IOT.
I am getting the following error: Remote Debugger (MSVSMON.exe) does not appear to be running.

I have Visual Studio Preview 2019 running on a Windows 7 pc, I don't know if that has to do with anything, but worth mentioning.
I think MSVSMON is suppose to be running in the Pi and in my Windows 7 PC?

How can I take care of this issue?

Regards,
Neil
