Mine craft

Thu Sep 17, 2015 9:49 pm

Don't know if this has been answered can't see it anywhere but is there a guide that shows how to force applications to the touchscreen, I am thinking mine craft running on the touch screen and then Python running on the hdmi output

Is this possible

Yes it should be, although would require minecraft to be rebuilt to get it to work...

Otherwise you should be able to run minecraft on the second display

For a windows user, why would I need to rebuild mine craft for it to appear on the correct display

This is something that has been confusing me of late on these forums

To put it simply, it is the special way that the touchscreen is interfaced. Minecraft needs to be rewritten to include support for that, currently omxplayer and Kivy seem to be the only ones that support this. There is nothing you can do about this.
There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't.
