Re: Wheer are our Qt devs ?

Hello everyone ,
I just wanted to know what happened to the Nokia Qt devs .
Weren" t they promised 400 boards from the first batch for developing apps ?
Where are they in the waiting line ?
Are they already thinking of using other platforms for their Qt5 projects ?

• Don't like the board ? Missing features ? Change to the prosilver theme ! You can find it in your settings.

That's right - Eben spoke to Quim Gil last night, and Myra's sending the boards out to the QT guys next week direct from the Foundation.

Cool. Looking forward to first results.

On a different note : Where will Gertboard and the pre-flashed cards be sold ?

That's not a real name. It can't be.

Quim Gil, he's Spanish, and it's pronounced Kim. But for Brits, yeah, I know... ;-)

So any news ?
I know about TOCT (The Other Closed Thread) but perhaps some people got their boards and started hacking ?

There is still way more complaining than developing over on the QTonPi mailing list, so I'd assume that the majority of them have not received they're boards.

Maybe it's for in-company only, but it seems open to all, and a way to stay as up-to-date as possible:
Join the QtonPi mailing list [lists.qt-project.org]. It is an open list and a anybody else is invited too.
From this page:

http://qt-project.org/wiki/QtonPi-Accepted
I sometimes ride my Pi to the Forum.
