SSH and directory access on rpi access point

Good afternoon,

I currently set up a RPI 3 as access point following various online procedure (standalone connection, no internet access). That works but , I would like to keep ability to remotely access command line and directory on this RPI and nothing I tried worked so far.
Would you have a proper link to share ?

Raspberry Pi documentation concludes with:
If SSH is enabled on the Raspberry Pi access point, it should be possible to connect to it from another Linux box (or a system with SSH connectivity present) as follows, assuming the pi account is present:
