RS485 HAT

I don't find RS485 HAT shield here in Egypt,, Can I use IC MAX485 and any help for how to connect with raspberry pi to the device has a rj45 socket or use CH340 USB to RS485 485 Converter Adapter Module??!

A usb adapter is your best bet.

There is a better method,
