I've tried setting PARTUUID too:
pi@raspi:~ $ sudo blkid
/dev/sda1: LABEL="BOOT" UUID="527C-D2B3" TYPE="vfat" PARTUUID="43be32d2-01"
/dev/sda2: UUID="548ae2ae-e0cf-44a2-9f41-a9810db797b1" TYPE="ext4" PARTUUID="43be32d2-02"
/etc/fstab:
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
PARTUUID=43be32d2-01 /boot vfat defaults 0 2
PARTUUID=43be32d2-02 / ext4 defaults,noatime 0 1
# a swapfile is not a swap partition, no line here
# use dphys-swapfile swap[on|off] for that
/boot/cmdline.txt:
dwc_otg.lpm_enable=0 console=serial0,115200 console=tty1 root=PARTUUID=43be32d2-02 rootfstype=ext4 elevator=deadline fsck.repair=yes rootwait rootdelay=5
Is it correct that if I type "mount" after the reboot I still see the old /dev/sdaX ?
pi@raspi:~ $ mount

But still no luck; everyonce in a while (after sudo reboot) it hangs. With powercycle it seems always working.
