I tried to run it on RPi3B+. Nothing comes up. Also, the insider preview version does not work.emilnachev wrote: ↑Wed Apr 04, 2018 10:03 amAre you sure that Model B+ can work with image from: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/w ... getstarted
Looks like there is hope for the end of this month though![There will be a public preview for Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ soon
if nothing unforeseen occurs may be later this month

I did try to get it to work in the end of april, just following the Microsoft guide for starting out, and it didn’t work.
Took me about 2-3 weeks to figure out that IoT wasn’t supported yet. I have not tried to get it working using the workarounds posted in a couple of those topics.
Is the insider preview something I should look at?

patrickw wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2019 5:54 pmSince the last reply was a few months ago, I wanted to say I have a RPi 3b+ running Windows IoT Core.
Known Issues:I used the IoT Core Dashboard: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... /downloads
- WiFi and BLE are not working with these steps (Ethernet does work)
I downloaded the 17661 preview build (.iso) from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/softwar ... windowsiot
I used 7zip to extract the .iso file.
I used 7zip to extract the .msi file within the new folder.
Then using the IoT Core Dashboard, in "Setting up a new device", specify a custom OS build by selecting the Windows_10_IoT_Core_RPi3B+.ffu file from the new folder created by extracting the .msi.
I did not realize at first those extraction steps were needed. They are are not documented. Once I got past that, my RPi 3b+ booted up. It does take a few minutes the first go round.
I hope this helps...
