I purchased a one year rest of world subscription for MagPi last week (may 5th 2017) and it stated in the confirmation email that I would start with issue 57 (awesome if that happens) but my order is still showing processing. Everything has been charged through my bank and no holdups on that front. I've tried emailing them at sales@selectps.com twice already this week and have gotten no response, even get back an automated response at least. From my understanding is that they are incredibly busy over there so I guess this shouldn't come as a surprise.

I've never used SelectMagazines so I have no idea how long it should be in processing before I get worried about something happening there. Do any of you have an idea of how long it should take?

If it's like mine, then they are still processing as they have run out of copies due to eBay punks who stole all the copies to sell on eBay.

I'm in the same boat. I have a feeling that they have been caught off guard.

I just called them and they confirmed my copy was shipped yesterday so I should get it in the next few days.

I've had several go missing despite the emails that tell me they are on the way. I'm getting fed up of having to get on to the distribution people nearly every month, plus I miss out on special offers, free draws, etc.
I've read somewhere on here about people stealing the magazines to sell on eBay. Where do they steal them from? The most likely place is somewhere within the postal service. Another possibility is where there might be a joint letter-box in the door of a block of flats shared by several people. But that wouldn't affect me as I do not live in shared accommodation.
I subscribe to other magazines that arrive without any problems, and I get the usual mini-catalogues every month from companies who deal in electronic components. It is only the MagPi that suffers these failures.
