Not sure if this is the right forum, but it seemed to fit best!
I was wondering if it's possible to remove the Ethernet socket to get a 3rd USB interface? I believe that the Ethernet port runs off the integrated USB hub in the model B and it probably is possible, but I'm wondering if it's physically possible for someone with decent soldering experience to do this? I've briefly looked at the PCB but can't see exactly where I'd need to solder/desolder to gain access to this.
Is this possible?

No, on the model B the single USB port on the SoC connects to the ethernet chip, which also acts as a USB hub, providing the extra port.
