Hey Hal! It went well! I'll be working on a blog post to recap the event this week.

No, they were using Pi 2's this weekend. But we've made sure that they'll get their hands on Pi 3 very soon! :D

I had such an amazing time everyone! I have learned so much and am continuing to learn more as I explore and push the skills I picked up to their limits.

Here is a post I wrote about my time at Picademy USA.

So grateful for the opportunity to attend Picademy! I learned so much and am already starting to figure out ways to incorporate this into both our library programs and our school curriculum. If you are interested, here is my write-up: http://mchsmakers.blogspot.com/2016/03/ ... ademy.html

It's now been almost two and a half months since "graduating" with the first cohort. Becoming a Raspberry Pi Certified Educator has been opening opportunities to promote Raspberry Pi among colleagues, students and parents. I loved the hackathon and making the @PicademyWeather with Kyle Wilke. It's been great staying in touch on Twitter with fellow Picademy peeps.
