Launching to login screen from CLI

Sun Jun 23, 2019 10:43 pm

Hello! I am a Raspberry Pi newbie, using it to run Raspbian PIXEL via a custom menu item in RetroPie. The Pi is set to auto-login for RetroPie, but I want to force the user to login again when launching PIXEL.

I know you can get to the Pixel desktop by typing "startx" into the terminal, but is there a similar command to get to the Pixel login screen?

I appreciate this isn't advanced security, but it'll be enough to prevent a casual user from being able to get to my emails, etc. in Raspbian via a single button press from RetroPie.

Thanks for your help!
