I need help with x86 emulation

im trying to find a free way to emulate x86 on my pi to see what it can do game wise, all iv gotten was exagear and people saying nothings gonna work so if your gonna tell me its not gonna work pls dont respond cuz its annoying. anyways if you know of any free methods that are doesn't pls tell me i cant seem to find anything. ^-^ thanks

There is a reason people tell you that "nothings gonna work". :roll:

Exagear is probably the best you're going to get on the Pi.

Yup, nothing can beat Exagear but it will cost ;)

DOSBOX is ""free"" and can run Windows 3.1 and possibly Windows 95 (the non FAT32 / USB version), so yes x86 emulation is feasible but limited to older software....

....I believe DOSBOX can emulate around about a Intel DX4-100 ?

Yes it will work, but don't try anything after around 1993 (doom era)
