(u)elastix, asterisk, RasPBX etc are VoIP PBXs. They are NOT VoIP clients.
The Gajim GTK+-based Jabber client is also supposed to work with Google Talk ;)

When you use Pidgin and login-in via your Google-Talk-account (a Google-Mail account using Jabber then), you can basically do VoiP over Pidgin, but so far I've only seen it work on Ubuntu PCs and to adjust the micro and speakers is not as easy as for example Skype's auto-adjustment.
Now when I use Pidgin on an Ubuntu PC to call Pidgin on a Pi (Ubuntu Mate on Pi2), the two clients say "establishing connection" but then it doesn't continue. I don't know if I am missing something or if it doesn't work generally.
