UPDATE: Found some footage
It doesn't say the Hardware its being run on but I'm betting its something SIGNIFICANTLY more powerful that the RPi! Remember, a 'Smart Phone' isn't really a phone, its a £6-700 Computer with the ability to make calls!
In the early days of the Pi rpix86 was significantly faster for titles such as Doom/Magic Carpet and X-Wing* on the Pi1 as it was an Optimized version of the then current DosBox Build of that time. However things may have changed as I haven't tested the latest Builds on Pi2/3. Also, perhaps significantly, rpix86 is the work of one Programmer (Patrick Aalto) where as DosBox I believe is 'Open Source' so many more people are working on it.runboy93 wrote:Which is better and smooth gameplay for dos emulation in your option, rpix86 0.19 (last build) or dosbox 0.74 (last build)?
But Retropie means to have another memory card to install it as whole new system right?welshy wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2018 9:01 am386dx40
There are other Emulators in RetroPie for the Master System if that's what you are asking e.g. PicoDrive,
