Try installing Xmahjongg

sudo apt-get install xmahjongg

Are you remembering to type the second G?

Try it both ways, once with one G and once with two G's

Do NOT try running desMuME on the RPi, or really any NDS/PS2 emulation, it runs slow as molasses. Thanks though for rest of the offerings, they look fun !

You have 2 options:

Minecraft Pi Edition which is pre-installed on Raspbian:

https://projects.raspberrypi.org/en/pro ... craft-pi/4

or with a little effort the Full Minecraft (java edition, requires a license):

Best available emulators (from Raspbian repo) are SCUMMVM (old Lucasarts Graphic Adventures) and FS-UAE (Commodore Amiga).

sudo apt install scummvm

sudo apt install fs-uae fs-uae-launcher

Great list!

Just a question though:
have you tried the following game?
Chromium B. S. U.

(sudo apt-get install chromium-bsu chromium-bsu-data)

Please tell me the outcome! :D

Hi. I'm new here. I found this page that shows you how to enable OpenGL for RPI. I tested it with several games, such as Adanaxis and Billard-GL, and it worked perfectly. I did not create this page:

Yeah this. We still haven't been able to properly emulate PS2 like we did with PCSX2 back in late 2000s.

Hello World!

I did testing on ROMs on both Raspberry Pi 3 and Tinker Board.
You can read the results here:

https://codebugsblog.wordpress.com/2018 ... st-tested/

If you need a manual on how to set it up:

https://codebugsblog.wordpress.com/2018 ... ro-arcade/

This one is for adding ROMs:

This game should be on your fine list.

The Mana World (TMW) is a serious effort to create an innovative free and open source MMORPG. TMW uses 2D graphics and aims to create a large and diverse interactive world.
(homepage)
https://www.themanaworld.org/

The client is named manaplus and it runs nicely on a raspberry pi 3.

Saw RTCW (Return to Castle Wolfenstein) in the Debian repositories, can't seem to download in terminal:

Code: Select all

sudo apt-get install rtcw
Tried iortcw, didn't download either and iortcw is based on ioquake3 which is downloadable:

Code: Select all

sudo apt-get install ioquake3
Without the RTCW repository you would have to build iortcw yourself to run on the RPi. To run iortcw you will need a copy of RTCW that is installed on a x86/x64 computer, you will need to copy over the install folder to the directory where you compiled iortcw, here is the link:

https://github.com/iortcw/iortcw

Read the Raspberry pi readme to install, the game runs at full speed on a RPi3b+ at 640x480. Not sure if multiplayer works or not, only played the first level.
