Hi

I'm looking for a product with Android 8.1.x that allows you to emulate all the features of a LTE Advanced smartphone and install and use all the Google Play Store apps.

This product should be totally and remotely configurated and controlled via LAN (class Giga) from a computer with Windows operating system.

In addition, if connected to a LAN, it should use the Internet connection of the LAN; while, if connected directly via Ethernet to a computer, it should also act as an LTE Advanced modem.

Thanks

Bye

The only Pi based 'phones I have seen are variations on https://shop.sb-components.co.uk/produc ... spberry-pi

It may be a starting point for you.

Very interesting.

Now, do you know any user groups or companies that can build it for me?

Thanks

Going by the kit contents you just plug it together:
PiTalk with Antenna
3.2"/4"/5" LCD Screen
Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+
8GB microSD card preloaded with PiTalk Software
As a guess you would need to add a power supply and your bespoke software but I've never built one (hate mobiles after years of 24x7 call outs).

One other option would be to see if you have a local Raspberry Jam https://www.raspberrypi.org/jam/ or pop a wanted note on viewforum.php?f=61
