Welcome to the Raspberry Pi forums.

Any help appreciated.

As a diagnostic/troubleshooting step, check that you can install and boot up a copy of the current Raspberry Pi Foundation recommended and supported Raspbian Stretch Operating System. https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/

If that proves that your RPi hardware and microSD card are in working order, seek advice from the maintainer of the distribution you are trying to use:

Please clarify if the RPi is a RPi 3B+. The B+ was a previous model.

I would like to point out that RaspAnd is nothing but a build from my sources (https://github.com/lineage-rpi) with some apps bundled in. RaspAnd also redistributes Google Apps illegally. There's free and, most importantly, open source options available! https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/view ... 3&t=220613 & https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/view ... 3&t=220601

BTW, have you asked Arne Exton to release Linux kernel source code that he is legally obligated to provide under GPLv2 (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licens ... .0.en.html)? I have. ;) I'd consider getting a refund if that's still possible.
