There is an ssh-keygen tool.
(see "man ssh-keygen" and "man ssh-copy-id" for all the details)

If you need to convert a key you can use puttygen (part of putty package) for that

puttygen keyname -o keyname.ppk
Make sure you’ve replaced the “keyname” with your private key filename.
