There's already an ARM/ELF build on that page; you've tried it and it does not work ? Although indeed it says in the footer: 17. minimum CPU of MIPS R6000

Have you tried yourself?

I tried for you:

Code: Select all

wget http://http.distributed.net/pub/dcti/current-client/dnetc-linux-arm-eabi.tar.gz
tar xvzf dnetc-linux-arm-eabi.tar.gz
cd dnetc519-linux-arm-eabi/
./dnetc
... and it works:

Code: Select all

pi@raspberrypi ~/kul/dnetc519-linux-arm-eabi $ ./dnetc

EDIT:

Cool: my overclocking kicks in: the Raspi is running at 900 MHz while distributed.net is running:

Code: Select all

Yep, i've tried first, but not the good one

Tried ELF binary and dont work
Doesn't try eabi because think it was a sof float binary.

Tried yesterday and also work fine.

Any of you wanna run this project on RPI ?

Hi,

I have just followed all the steps and worked correctly, but when it comes to running the client it answers as it could not find the file -bash: ./dnetc: No Such file or directory

Any idea?

I have a Raspberry with a couple of years old running xbian (latest version) , I don't know what model is it, a friend just gave it to me.

Regards,

Santi
