Well, they didn't wrote if the USB can use 0.5A as per specs. GPIO power limit is also interesting.

What happened to the 2nd I2C bus (GPIO 28 and 29)????

Please don''t tell me that they were taken away.

If that is true, then I won't be buying any of the B+ models.

Love the emphasis that this is an enhanced version and not a new model in the E & J video

Good to see the RPF have kept the promise of using the same SoC as long as feasible to provide continuity for users

Here is to a total of 5 million of all varants by Christmas........

Looks like have to spend some money !

The ability to power a 2.5" USB HDD is an absolute killer feature as far as I'm concerned. I'm not fluent in electro-jargon, so I can't really tell what kind of power source you'd need for that. What kind of voltage/amp are we talking about?

Well I'm struggling to find anything to complain about the new board - good job in all respects !

Could have kept mounting holes the same, but I like the 4 corner placement better.

Now about that 512MB model A+ ...

It does seem to have lost the P5 functionality.

No mention of OTG support, which is a missed opportunity. Reportedly the IO is there on the chip but wasn't routed. Maybe it's there but not mentioned because no support in S/W?
The possibility of operating in device mode in the future would have been a big plus for various applications. Good for data logging, camera image download, music player / audio book file transfer, to name a few popular uses.

That's now on the GPIO header I believe.

That would be good, but looking at the schematics there is no mention of GPIO28-31.
