I got my "time to order" email from RS this morning.

Half way through trying to check out I clicked the back button on my browser to double check my order.

It kicked me out and now I get

"The code entered is invalid, please correct"

Called the helpdesk who advised that I clear my cookies which didn't help!
Now I'm awaiting a call from their marketing department

Let this be a lesson to us all - a one time code on the internet needs to be treated with mucho care.

But only RS can solve this for you!

I've just tried again (1 hour after my initial session was locked out) and was let back into the site. I've now placed my order.

I'm not sure if there is a timeout somewhere and my code was reset or someone at RS has resolved the issue.

If I find out, I'll post here to let everyone know.
