I'm glad you found it however it's no different than the one we have all had access to since the beginning of RPi.
There is some useful information in there but the real 'meat' is still proprietary and not included in this document.
Unless specified otherwise my response is based on the latest and fully updated Raspbian Buster w/ Desktop OS.

No. You found something that you thought would be very interesting to quite a few people. It wasn't your fault that you didn't realise it wasn't the full documentation and that it had previously been announced.

It is very useful but also confusing and unclear in some areas and it also needs checking over and the errors correcting - e.g. for a start tables 6-12 and 6-13 - returns 0 if GPIO is high OR low :o , so maybe a 1 if floating. :D

Who's not letting him celebrate? I only told him that it's not "THE" datasheet and also provided a link that doesn't require a registration.
