Fancy helping the Foundation out by doing a little guerrilla marketing? There's a new post on the front page with a very cute QR code image made by Jonas, a fan from Germany, which points at http://www.raspberrypi.org. We'd love it if you could print a few out and stick them around your place of work.

So let me get this straight. You want us, the 11,710 forum members contending for 10,000 first batch units, to help encourage more people to learn about the project?

(In case it"s not obvious, I am entirely joking and would be glad to help, but for the fact that there"s no-one in a 10 mile radius who"s not already sick to the back teeth of me blethering about RPi )

My reaction was pretty much the same as Bob's

Do you get a refund if we manage to make the shop's (adamantium plated) servers crash on release night?

Sure, we already have a few qr codes around school, maybe i can slip this in without anyone noticing (after removal of the pi logo ofcorse )

i'm not to worried about not getting a rpi for 2 reasons, they will probably sell out before i even notice they have gone on sale, and i just spent the money that *had* been my rpi reserve on the stuff to make pcb's to go with the rpi (cleaver, huh)

I'm not going to mention RaspberryPi to anyone anymore until you open the shop and sell them. When the vapor has materialized into a computer in my mailbox, then I'll give it a go and if it lives up to the hype, I'll show it to others. Then - and not a minute earlier.

How extraordinarily graceless.

Its Ok Liz we will paint the QR code on his chest then tie him naked to a lamp post. The press coverage should be phenomenal.

Joules, keep your fetish fantasies to yourself.

I agree. I'm not going to mention your fantasies to anyone anymore because my mummy warned me about men like you. When the vapor has materialized into a fetish in my malebox, then I'll give it a go and if it lives up to the hype, I'll show it to others. Then – and not a minute earlier.
