I decided to name my Forums account WCHD (World Cup HotDogs), but then I realized that WCHD (99.9) is a radio station! How do I change my account username now?

Which shouldn't be a big deal...given the OP has only 2 posts so far.

Why?

Nobody knew that "WCHD" was an acronym for "World Cup HotDogs" before you said. I'm pretty sure almost nobody knew "WCHD" was a radio station.

Nobody cares about that.

It certainly has the pattern for a radio (or TV) station in the eastern half of the US.

Actually...I've known about the pattern for decades. WCBS in New York City comes to mind as an example. And, for what it's worth, in the western half of the US, nearly all stations start with "K", such as KQED or KCBS. Mexican stations start with "X", such as XTRA in Tiajauna, BC.

There are a handful of exceptions to the general rules, though. They got "grandfathered" in when the current rules were established.
