No, it takes a bit more. Like designing the Alpha boards and then some....

I must admit, it helps a bit if you work at Broadcom and you're the technical lead for the BCM2835 though.

Yeup, that sounds like it would do it. You wouldn't have any positions going for designers on other R-Pi parts would you?

Uhh. I would normally not mention it but if you really want to know: yes we can always use good SW or HW engineers. You want me to refer you?
