How to Change or Set the Brightness on Raspberry Pi 3 which is connected with the 5 inch HDMI Display.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
The brightness is changed on the display, not the pi. I think there was a heated discussion about that a few years back...

It is possible (rather easy, actually) to change the backlight setting on displays that attach to the GPIO block (at leat the ones I've used) and the 7" RPF touchscreen. HDMI or composite attached...no.
