Most Pis are ordered on line. If you look here https://www.raspberrypi.org/products/#buy-now-modal you can check to see what resellers you're willing to work with.

Adafruit is in NY. You should be able to order something from them and receive it quickly.

There are 4 Micro Center stores in NY as well, but they're on the east side (Long Island area), so they're pretty far from Rochester.
My mind is like a browser. 27 tabs are open, 9 aren't responding,
lots of pop-ups...and where is that annoying music coming from?

Lately, Amazon in the United States has had Raspberry Pis for right around $35 with Prime shipping. In fact, I'm seeing it for $34.49 right now.

Yea, if you're a Prime member that's a good way to get one. Got another Pi3 from Amazon last month for $34.52, so the price has dropped a tiny bit. Might even be able to do 1-day pick up (not sure if they have that in Rochester like they do here in Portland)?
