Or a good clear picture of the connectors on the back panel and any associated labels?

Edited to add:

FWIW, I found an eBay listing for a Sony PVM-9020ME Trinitron Color Video Monitor, with some pictures; it shows 3 BNC connectors (with labels that don't ring a bell for me) and a DIN plug of some sort, on the back, and the front panel says "SECAM" (it says other things too, but I can't quite read them in the photo). I don't expect the Pi can drive this without at least a moderately complicated cable (from the Pi's 3.5mm composite video jack to BNC), possibly with some conversion circuitry.

Yes, you can. You'll need to feed the composite video from the 3.5mm jack into one of the BNCs and flip the switch to 75Ω.
It's capable of accepting PAL or Secam, switching automatically

No that's got RCA connectors. It needs a BNC connector for your Trinitron.

You'll still need an adapter for the video. A male bnc to female rca.
For cheapness you could use this and cut the video plug off.

or for tidiness you could use this
