Pi Zero new feature

Tue Apr 12, 2016 11:22 am

The new feature is probably that they're going to be less scarce than Unicorns. ;)
The most important leg of a three legged stool is the one that's missing.
It's called thinking. Why don't you try it sometime?

Actually, I have had a thought, and I know NOTHING about the new feature, but the best thing ever would be a camera connector. And a unicorn dancing on a rainbow.

Not sure how easy it would be to push out a camera connector though - it's quite a few tracks to get out, and not cheap.

Is the new feature a "+" on the end of the name? After camera, at little or no component cost maybe SDIO bus bcm34-39 routed out to extra pins header?

No, 5 1/4" on one side, 8" on the other. And the hole punch to convert single sided floppies into double sided ones.

Already been done: https://youtu.be/R-dpQGzKBJ0

The PiZero didn't survive this, but amazingly it was only one GPIO that died!

If I could just get some Pi Zero in my hands that would be a great new feature !

I'm slow.
What feature are we talking about?
And yes I did see the link. It mentions about 4GB of RAM - which doesn't make sense.

More RAM in future releases?
OR
RAM that's already onboard that wasn't recognised?

4GB of RAM didn't make sense, but the bundled unicorn did? Hmm.
Had you heard about the spaghetti harvest too? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tVo_wkxH9dU ;)

The actual feature has not been announced. There is something new about the next revision of PiZero that are due to start rolling off the production line from next Monday

Massi,
LOL ... only in britain someone could believe this...
You have obviously never heard of the 1938 radio broadcast of War of The Worlds: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_War_o ... dio_drama)

Currently, a whole lot of Americans are believing what Donald Trump says.

Unlike Trump, it was only very few people who actually fell for the Spaghetti Harvest prank, or War of the Worlds.
