unfortunately you haven't compared RPi3 with an ODROID-C2 yet..
and or a single test of an ODROID-C2.
that would be very interesting to me, because i am kind of disappointed of RPi3 (still only 1GB ram, still only h264 hw decoding, still only 100Mb/s LAN and then also via USB lines) there i expected much more...
so i think i will change to something different... but not sure to what.
{ I only give negative feedback }
RPi B (256MB), B (512MB), B+, ZeroW; 2B; 3B, 3B+; 4B (4GB)

Thanks for posting. It is very helpful.

I have posted mostly with a Pi 2 running either Ubuntu MATE, or Raspbian.

I've been down&out with a flu for a week... very frustrating as I now have a couple of C2's :)

C2 review & C2/RPi3 comparison will be coming.

@mikronauts
Thank you for the review!

I am also interested in how the Odroid C2 will run.

But I almost think without USB3.0 or buying a expensive eMMC storage for the onboard connector to boot from, it will not make "the" difference.

-- Snappy Pi 3: Coin Heatsink, 1300Mhz Overclocked stable (could void warranty), Ubuntu-Mate on USB-stick

You are most welcome!

I am interested in how they will compare. Both have unique advantages, and as always, people should get whatever board is best for their applications.
