I kinda doubt there will need to be any such limitation. As they\'ve been saying once it\'s in production, a second batch won\'t take long to produce. Limiting the amount of devices one can order would actually end up counter productive.
It depends what you consider not long. Typically someone buys a device and begins development work on it or evaluates it for some purpose before looking to buy more, so far it looks like people want to buy a lot in one go because they\'re worried about stock. if everyone can begin this process of dev/eval, then everyone\'s happy.

The initial order will be 10,000 units I believe.
You sound like you\'re not in favour, for some reason! What is it? Pink and purple stripey? Hippy rainbow and flowers? Chrome? ;)

Another thread was discussing colored boards. I don\'t know what color came out on top but Red seemed to be popular. Red with Black components? Huge Raspberry Pi Logo on it? Guess we will have to wait to see.

I\'ve always rather liked purple boards… the solder mask always looks so cool on them! The ones I etch are always a rather dirty beige colour :(
