For goodness sake, what a bunch of....well, non beer drinkers.

Beer is the only drink. Proper beer, not that fizzy crap.

Tap water. I don't like to dilute it any more than that.

Lager, Cider (the good stuff that is! not that gallon bottle for a penny swill!!)

Home made Cider is nice if you get it right...

The odd bottle of wine, (Sparkling or flat, rose or white, not a fan of red)

a glass of Morgan's spiced Rum 'n' Coke on special occasions, or Chivas Regal Whisky on ice.

I'm partial to a glass of absinthe...

also Full roast Coffee, most Teas, Hot Chocolate...

ermmm...In short

if it's wet I'll drink it! (Within reason!!) ^_^

One interesting thing about Galliano - the label. The magenta ink they use isn't actually magenta, as in a mix of red and blue light. So if you point a camera at it it comes out blue. The eye sees red that isn't really there!

Generally just lager, pref. a nice bottle conditioned one.

Speaking of tea, I recently made Heston's Hot & Iced Tea, which was obviously fun, but the tea itself tasted fantastic because it's made by brewing earl grey tea in ice cold water for an hour and then dissolving dark sugar in it (as well a few other things but generally they're just for turning it into a fluid gel). I'd recommend trying it:

1) brew 20g earl grey leaves in 900g ice cold mineral water for an hour. Filter.
2) Warm in a saucepan and add about 70 - 80g unrefined caster sugar. Stir to dissolve

Either cool it and have it as iced tea or serve it warm from the pan. You'd be surprised at how good it tastes. I presume cold brewing stops the tannins from the tea infusing.

After a bottle of Galliano, I see lots of things that aren't really there!!!
