A 19-year-old university student has been named the UK's "Cyber Security Champion" following a competition sponsored by the intelligence agency GCHQ and several leading tech firms.

Judges said Jonathan Millican had demonstrated knowledge "years beyond his time".

The award in Bristol marks the culmination of a six-month long challenge designed to attract talented people to the cyberdefence industry.

You really don't want to work at "the doughnut"...

If that was 1st prize, I'd settle for 2nd.

Read an article in the Seattle Times online quoting, former Minister of State for Security and Counter Terrorism, Pauline Neville-Jones: "The flow of people we have at the moment is wholly inadequate"

I'm sure RasPi may soon be a remedy to that crisis.

Are you sure? I solved that one, and it simply led to a recruitment page. From what I can gather, this was a more formal competition.
