I'm current in search for some decent optocouplers I did have a few SFH618A (low current) ones but they're all soldered up into various projects now.
I basically want to attach a few to the Pi's GPIO output pins but without using too much current to drive the internal LEDs.
I've done some searching on eBay and it seems most have a top input current of 60mA the best I've found was 20mA which it's quite on par with the SFH618A low current 5mA requirement.
Can anyone recommend any opto-couplers that while not advertised as low current input device will actually turn on the internal transistor with perhaps 3.3v @ 2 - 10mA instead of 60mA??
