Inspired by this R-Pi poem, http://www.raspberrypi.org/for.....d%e2%80%a6
it seemed to me that the purpose, dimunitive size, and power, of the Raspberry Pi could suitably inspire and be translated into haiku: short poems based on a traditional Japanese style, consisting of three lines of 5, 7 and 5 syllables. (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.....in_English
for a more detailed explanation)
Here are my first, rather feeble, attempts:
A small circuit board
brimming full of potential;
ready to program
Credit-card sized board,
eager to educate me.
Now, where do I start?
Just a few dollars
Raspberry Pi can open minds
and fill with code joy
Can you do any better? (It shouldn't be difficult!
Please have a go...
(Perhaps the Foundation could offer one of their keyboard stickers to the best entries:)
