Win-95 sliding menu animations in Win10

Wed Mar 04, 2015 8:18 pm

For some (unknown) reason, Windows 10 has started randomly (~70% of the time) using something like the old Windows 95/98-style sliding-menu animations when I right click. Odd. It's never done that before, so why would it now?
I'm happy to help.

I would guess it is a bug exposing some old forgotten files or it's intentional

But why now?
The only things they have kept are the old MS-DOS DLL icons (I think), and the mouse-CD icon you get when you put in a disk.
