Not sure what you are asking for. Though if it was available for an earlier RISC OS, then it should be doable with little effort. If it is something else, perhaps common to a program for a different OS, then it can be written for RISC OS.
As you know what your speaking of, go which ever route fits the need.
The Raspberry Pi is an ARM computer, that runs many Operating Systems, including Linux, RISC OS, BSD, Pi64, CP/M as well as many more.
