CAS Education manual, Kindle edition

Mon Jan 07, 2013 8:37 am

Hi all.
This is a thread for the Kindle edition which will also likely produce an HTML version as well.
If anyone would like to help test and proof-read this version, please post to this thread and I'll contact you when I've got far enough down the road.
