I would like to introduce to you a new Children’s magazine called, Little Buffalo. We are a new children’s artistic magazine and that teaches English to children aged 6 years old and onwards.
Our newly formed magazine takes an imaginative approach to teaching, focusing on creative techniques to stimulate learning and with an emphasis on cultural and ethical exploration.
Whilst most children’s magazines are purely aimed at children whose native language is English, Little Buffalo magazine supports children learning English as a foreign language, reluctant readers, pupil premium funded children and EAL children.
The 36 page bi-monthly magazine is a new launch aimed at both boys and girls aged six to 10. Each issue centres around a different theme, each theme is explored creativity and presented to the reader in a highly creative manner.
As a cross-curricular and intercultural resource, each issue is themed which expands children’s general knowledge, communication, phonics, storytelling, comprehension and thinking skills.
As an imaginative resource for all children, it’s perfect for both guided reading sessions as well as independent learning, Little Buffalo provides children a reading resource that is of real value.
