LCD only drawing 2/3 of the display

Tue Nov 22, 2016 3:41 pm

Bought an spi lcd (http://www.neosecsolutions.com/products.php?22) and was able to use code from https://www.hackster.io/graham_chow/win ... lay-a27b1c to get it working. Which was a surprise to me as this lcd has no datasheet what so ever, so it was basically a crap shoot. But anyways, I'm only able to get it to draw 2/3 of the screen. See image http://imgur.com/a/0USTp. I have the size set to 320x480. I'm starting to think it could be a manufacturer defect but I wanted to ask the forum to see if maybe I'm missing a setting, or something in the drawing code is wrong. Would setting the frame buffer width/height in the config.txt do anything in this case? Or does that only apply to the hdmi output? Thanks.

I guess I didn't mention I am (or was) doing this under windows 10 iot. Now I've since switched to linux (raspbian) due to constraints at work. I haven't been able to install the fbtft drivers to get it working. But if you have an image, that should work. I'll send you a private message because I don't want to add my email publicly. Or do you guys have the image on your website?
