No.

There nothing available that uses the DSI interface. The RPF are developing a display, but the DSI (as part of the GPU) is a closed source interface.

Don't hold your breath waiting. The RPF display was first shown to the world in February 2014.

In a February 2015 interview, Eben Uptop said they have an $100.000 inventory of lcd panels for this product, waiting for EMC testing to be complete, and for a timescale he was hoping "end of this quarter... I mean let's say April, I don't see... there's no obvious reason why we couldn't get it out the door in April, it's a really nice product and we really want to get it out the door, and we do have a little bit of a clearer runway now to actually do the work."

In the same youtube clip, Gordon Hollingworth clearly states that the DSI screen is a lower priority project, "like a project that's running on back burner", also very important, it seems that the DSI EMC clearance is very difficult to obtain because of how DSI actually works.

Now, April passed by, no DSI, no news about it, so it looks like all we need is patience.

Hmm... that sounds like somewhere between 10,000-20,000 raw panels.

Won't last long, given the feeding frenzy that will happen when they are announced.

There is a open source driver for GPU, can we use it to drive DSI monitior?

• Don't like the board ? Missing features ? Change to the prosilver theme ! You can find it in your settings.
• Don't like to search the forum BEFORE posting 'cos it's useless ? Try googling : yoursearchtermshere site:raspberrypi.org
