Configure Video Streaming with GStreamer.

Streaming between RPi with GStreamer

Hello, I have tried numerous ways to find video streaming between two Rpi. (RPi-1) with the camera and the other (RPi-2) connected for LAN CROSSOVER by viewing this video.

I tried to PiCamera, but the video is very slow and with delay. :(

Using RaspiMJPEG "RPI Cam Web Interface", selecting a very low resolution in preview, with a good answer, but the CPU processing RPI will the 100% with the Broswer. This limits me a lot. :|

But Using Streaming with GStreamer, the answer is GREAT. Perfect. UDP streaming with Image Good Resolution, and a great RPi-2 processing on the Receives. :D :D

I have used these two parameters:

RPi-1, with the camera:

raspivid -n -w 800 -h 600 -b 4500000 -fps 25  -hf -t 0 -o - | gst-launch-1.0 -v fdsrc !  h264parse ! rtph264pay config-interval=10 pt=96 ! udpsink host=192.168.25.180 port=9000
RPi-2, which displays the streaming:

But this way, I'm not having control over how the image is displayed in the RPi-2. :(

The image takes up the entire screen and is about the system.

Is there any possibility to parameterize the position and size of the streaming window, which appears in the RPi-2?

Or, would get that stream to a Broswer or own Video Player that works with GStreamer?

I need someone with more knowledge assist me with my doubts those!
