Fri Feb 28, 2014 9:45 pm

People, I'm trying to stream video between two Pi.
Server:

Code: Select all

$ raspivid -n -w 1280 -h 720 -b 4500000 -fps 30 -vf -hf -t 0 -o - | \
     gst-launch-1.0 -v fdsrc !  h264parse ! rtph264pay config-interval=10 pt=96 ! \
     udpsink host=192.168.1.101 port=9000
Client:

Code: Select all

 $ gst-launch-1.0 -v udpsrc port=9000 caps='application/x-rtp, media=(string)video, clock-rate=(int)90000, encoding-name=(string)H264' ! \
     rtph264depay ! avdec_h264 ! videoconvert ! autovideosink sync=false
I am using GStreamer for this, However when I run the line "server", I get an error that I did not think Solution:

Code: Select all

[WARNING: erroneous pipeline: no element "avdec_h264"]
Already tried everything, but nothing works for me.
Someone here has gone through this and had a solution?
I did not find answers in this forum

Note: If I run the code on Ubuntu, works without problems!

No, this occurs in Raspbian.
Replaces by [ omxh264dec ] and it worked for me!

But I wonder why the [avdec_h264] not work in Raspbian.
