SD Operating Systems

Mon Mar 18, 2013 4:00 am

So, I'm wanting to purchase a Raspberry Pi, and I have a little question. Is it possible to have multiple SD Cards with (possibly) different operating systems to prioritize different tasks (media, gaming, etc.)?

Each Operating System is on its own SD Card.....

Though it is feasible to have a multi-boot SD Card:

Seperate SD cards is a very easy and great way of achieving this. No pitfalls. (Just be careful with your SD card slot, several users have broken theirs, so constant use could contribute to a breakage).
