Hello,

I'm not very electronic savvy.. is there something else than this that I could use since it's super hard to find? Like welding resistances or something else?

Your help would be much appreciated.

I assume you are asking about connecting a DS18B20 to your pi gpio.

all you need is a 4.7K resistor and the DS18B20 connected like this to the gpio.

no probe module is required or needed.

The module you posted a picture of is just a way of connecting a DS18B20 via the screw terminals with the 4.7K resistor already mounted on the PCB, providing a easily connectable output for the wiring to the pi,
if you particularly wanted such an interface PCB you could build one using some strip board , a screw terminal block , a 4.7K resistor and some right angle PCB connector pins.
