FishyPi - a simple DIY metal case (with instructions!)

Yet another homebrew case!

A few issues:
  • Will it overheat? Probably not since it's metal and full of holes...needs further testing.
  • The lid is a bit flimsy. Blister pack plastic is probably a better choice, but I didn't have any on hand.
  • The HDMI port is probably too small (not using it so can't check).
  • No ribbon cable slot yet...I initially thought there wan't enough headroom anyway, but I might be wrong.
Critique and suggestions welcome :)

Now that Widdershins has mentioned it...I've got to try that sucker out! If only to see how it compares to the tinned treacle pudding I had a while back, which was more sugar than pudding...bleurrrgh

I didn't get any injuries from making the FishyPi, though to be fair I'm a seasoned tinkerer - wouldn't recommend it someone who's new to metalworking!

Rasbeer, that would be so wrong...cannibalism, see? :P
