Is this a good portable battery system for the R-Pi3

Does this seem like a compatible battery pack for the pi.

I want to connect this usb railing to the pack so that I can connect multiple things on it.

I want to provide power to the raspberry pi by hooking up a cable from the usb railing to the pi and also power up a 10 inch wave screen through this.

the waveshare requires up to 1A and 12V but if it is using a lower source of voltage it will use more amps to power it.

I think the power bank should be ok.

For my pi 3 and 10 inch lcd screen i use two ravpower 6700 mah power banks.

One for the pi 3, which takes about 800m amps
The other is for the 10 inch screens driver, this will not work from 5v from the power bank, so i boost the voltage to 6v using a little voltage boost pcb from ebay.
Screen takes about 1.3 amps from battery , i dont get a long run time maybe an hour or two, this is maybe due to the double voltage conversions going on

Strangley the 10 inch screen will work from some 5v wall sockets or any voltage less the 12v, some 5v walls sockets can give 5.1 or 5.2 volts
