you do know PCMCIA drivers for Amiga OS are available for the 1200 and 600 as they use PCMCIA on the left side so you can add PCMCIA2USB and simply power your RPI from a awesome old Computer and also Network Pcmcia drivers so you could ssh or VNC from Amiga OS to raspbian or similar.

I have made a little modification, i have fitted the raspberry pi inside the modmypi case and fixed with patafix to the case so there is less heating from the raspi motherboard that connected directly to patafix will became hot.

I want to do a similar thing, but stick a Pi in a regular PC keyboard and treat it like a new age Microcomputer. Issue is I've yet to find a relatively affordable keyboard with enough space inside. I could do the same this as you as tear up an Amiga, but I always wanted an Amiga as a kid, so it might be heart breaking... lol!
